The history and development of Co. Wexford
Wexford County Archive holds a significant number of collections relating to the history and development of Co. Wexford. Included are the archives of Wexford Local Authorities and a range of archival material for early local government bodies in the county.
The Archive also houses a large volume of private collections which reflect the economic, agricultural, historical, political, maritime, architectural and social landscape of the county over a considerable period of time.
Where information of a personal nature is recorded, restricted access will apply to those records under 100 years old. Some items may also be withdrawn due to their fragile condition.
